Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off site follw up survey completed on February 1, 2022, Majestic Healthcare, LLC was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite Follow up Survey and Complaint investigation completed on September 21, 2021.
